Store Policies


Our online store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Apple Pay. Cash and check payments are only accepted in-store. We are able to accept most prepaid credit cards as long as the card has been registered with a billing address. Festoon gift cards apply to in-store purchases only. gift certificates apply to purchases only.


Information you provide will not be shared with any third party unless directed by court order. By providing your information, you agree to receive occasional updates from Festoon.

Cancelling or Changing an Order

Once your order is placed, we cannot guarantee it can be changed or canceled. If you wish to make any amendments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible.


Shipping is available within the domestic United States. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days and transit time is usually between 3-5 business days; though this may vary due to factors beyond our control. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and nationally observed U.S. holidays.  Shipping costs vary according to the weight and dimension of items, as well as transit distance. 

Damaged/Missing/Lost items

We aim to ensure your order always arrives in-tact and beautifully packaged, but unfortunately, issues can arise while in transit.  As such, we ask that you thoroughly inspect your order for any damaged, lost, or missing items and contact us within 2 business days of the delivery.  Please hold onto all items and packaging during this time so we may best assist you and we will advise accordingly.

Currently, our shipping method is standard delivery with a processing time of 1-2 business days and transit time typically between 3-5 business days.  For those needing a faster turnaround time, we offer in-store pick-up from our Lancaster store only so you can get the item(s) in your hands the same or next day!

Exclusives and Favorite Things

Our exclusives include emerging designers who have partnered with us, reflecting the movement of one-of-a-kind.  Make your selection with urgency as all products are specifically curated for you.  These items are often in limited quantities and subject to change.   

Product Images and Colors

We do our best to display accurate images and colors on our site.  Depending on your monitor settings, the color may appear slightly different online than in person.  While the difference is often minimal, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color displayed on your monitor. 

Product Measurements

We strive to provide exact measurements in our product descriptions whenever possible.  However, with all items being measured by hand in-house, some having unique shapes and/or one-of-a-kind creations, there may be minimal variance (millimeters) from that which is listed.  We can assure you none of the measurement variance will affect the functionality, quality, or purpose of the product. 

Discounts and Coupon Codes

Occasionally we will offer coupon codes and discounts as a thank you to our customers.  The coupon code must be entered on the payment page during the check-out process before completing your order.  Because these discounts will have an expiration date, we can only honor the discount within the valid timeframe.  Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other offers or already discounted/sale products.


We know you’ll love your purchase, but should you need to return an item, please review the following requirements and steps to ensure we may best assist you in a timely manner.

All returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.  Items must be returned with tags attached and unused, in original condition.  For health and safety purposes, earrings and our Brio personal care line are non-returnable.  Damaged products, discounted items, and seasonal/holiday goods are not returnable. 

To initiate the return, please contact us at with a proof of purchase and the reason you’d like to return the item(s).  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges.  We strongly recommend keeping the carrier tracking information for your records, as well as insuring the merchandise as we are not responsible for missing packages.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will notify you via email.  If approved, we will issue a refund of the merchandise minus the original shipping cost to either your original method of payment or in the form of store credit to be used for a future online purchase.  If a payment refund is processed, please allow about a week for the funds to be posted to your account.  If you do not see the payment posted within that timeframe, we recommend contacting your credit card company and/or bank.  If there still seems to be an issue, please contact us at and we will be happy to look into this for you.

Sale Items

All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. Discounts and coupon codes cannot be accepted for sale items.
